With over 10 years of experience in gamification, e-learning and user experience, Ercan Altuğ Yılmaz is passionate about designing and implementing engaging and effective solutions for various fields and target audiences. As the founder of Gamification Decards, he created Turkey’s first gamification model and cards that allow users to design their own gamification projects with 180 cards and 10-step brainstorming process.  

He is also the GamFed Turkey Representative and Gamification Expert, a community of gamification professionals who share best practices, evaluate each other’s work, educate and develop the gamification market. He has also worked as a lecturer and mentor in various universities and programs, and has trained and coached students and startups on gamification and e-learning.
