Yasin Beceni is the founder and managing partner of BTS & Partners. He is a part-time lecturer at Istanbul Bilgi University and Sabancı University, where he teaches “Information and Communication Law Policies and Strategies” and “Legal Ethics in Data Analytics”. Yasin Beceni’s areas of expertise include intellectual property, corporate law and venture capital.

Yasin Beceni provides consultancy services to Turkey’s leading business and technology companies. He plays an active role as the chief legal advisor of TUBISAD (Turkish Informatics Industrialists Association) and as a board member of TBV (Turkish Informatics Foundation). He is a committee member of prestigious national and international NGOs such as TÜSİAD Information Society, ICT & Innovation Committee, ABFT (American Business Forum Turkey) and AHK (German-Turkish Chamber of Industry and Commerce).
