Okay Eğdirici is an experienced senior executive who has achieved significant successes across various leadership roles over the years. He currently serves as the Managing Partner and COO at Ritmus. Prior to this, he was the Group CEO at BBDO Group, one of Türkiye’s leading advertising agencies. In this role, he set the strategic direction of the agency, focusing on brand and marketing strategies. Under Eğdirici’s leadership, BBDO provided innovative advertising and marketing solutions, expanding its client portfolio and strengthening its market position. 

Previously, Eğdirici held the position of General Manager at Danone Dairy Türkiye, where he managed the company’s operational and strategic activities, achieving critical successes particularly in product development and market penetration. He has also held senior executive positions at major local companies like Ülker and Türk Telekom, leading growth and transformation projects during his tenure. 

Eğdirici gained an international perspective in his career by serving as a marketing director and brand manager at multinational corporations such as PepsiCo and Procter & Gamble. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boğaziçi University and has also taught two terms at Bilgi University of Istanbul on “Insight Driven Creativity,” guiding students in developing creativity and strategic thinking skills.
