Terence Siau is a leader with extensive international business experience, specializing in strategic management and digital transformation. He is currently serving as the Founding Office & Country President at Shopee, one of Southeast Asia’s leading e-commerce platforms based in Singapore, established by the Sea Group. In this role, he manages new market entries, major investment projects, and new business development initiatives, and oversees strategic alliances, government, and media relations. Additionally, he consults as a Venture Partner at Kairos Capital Group.

Previously, Siau held the positions of Vice President of North America and Vice President of Global Strategy and Channel Sales at Johnson Controls, where he had direct P&L responsibility, and oversaw strategy formulation, product and portfolio management, engineering, production operations, sales, and customer services. He has also worked as a strategy consultant at A.T. Kearney and Deloitte Consulting, advising clients across various industries on corporate and business strategies, detailed pre-M&A evaluations, and process optimization.

With a Master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College London, Siau is recognized for his strong business acumen and management skills in global markets.
