Cenap Doğru, Papara’s COO and Managing Partner, has been overseeing global partnerships, sales, card systems, and operations since September 2018. He previously worked at PayPal as Head of Sales for Central and Eastern Europe and Head of Merchant Services for the MENAT region, managing sales across 17 countries.

Cenap has over 14 years of experience at Turkey’s largest bank, Garanti BBVA, where he held senior roles in payment systems and merchant acquiring services.

His extensive banking and fintech background and his leadership skills make him instrumental in driving innovation and growth at Papara.
