Emin İmer is a distinguished e-commerce professional and management consultant with a formidable track record across Turkey, Europe, the Middle East, the US, and Southeast Asia. With a career that spans retail, technology, telecommunications, automotive, and government sectors, Emin’s expertise is broad and impactful.

Currently, as the General Manager of Hepsiglobal, the international arm of Hepsiburada—one of Turkey’s premier e-commerce giants—Emin directs all import and export operations. He leads a dynamic team of over 200 professionals across departments including Commercial, Marketing, IT & Product, Finance, Customer Service & Experience, Strategy & Business Development, and Operations. His role encompasses a comprehensive range of responsibilities from corporate strategy formulation and operational improvements to digital transformation and market expansion.

Prior to his current role, Emin served as the Chief Strategy & Growth Officer at Modanisa, where he spearheaded global sales and marketing strategies, managing a team of 250+ employees and playing a critical role in the company’s substantial growth and international expansion.

Emin’s background also includes valuable tenures at notable international consulting firms such as Deloitte, Oliver Wyman, OC&C Strategy Consultants, and Forte Consultancy Group, enriching his experience in business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and digital transformation.

Emin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University, a Master’s in International Management from Bocconi University, and has completed an MBA exchange at the University of Maryland.
