Erinç Ürgüplü graduated from Aydın University, Faculty of Communication, Department of Advertising. He started his career at GittiGidiyor in the Risk Operations department, where he gained significant experience in the management of operational processes and risk assessments.

Joining iyzico in 2013, Ürgüplü was initially responsible for merchant onboarding processes and customer relations operations. With his successful performance and leadership, Risk Operations unit was added to his responsibilities in the following period, and in this context, he and his team won many awards in the customer satisfaction category.

Today, Erinç Ürgüplü is the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of iyzico. In this role, he contributes to the realisation of the company’s strategic growth targets by focusing on operational efficiency, customer experience and risk management in the fintech ecosystem. Under his leadership, Ürgüplü has further strengthened iyzico’s position in the sector with strategies built on customer-oriented approaches and operational excellence.
