F. Derya Koc is the Head of the Department of Informatics, Software, Digital and Communication Services at the Turkish Ministry of Trade, where she implements the Ministry’s policies to increase Türkiye’s exports in informatics and software sector by implementing a wide range of government incentives.

She holds a Master’s degree in International Economic Policy from Columbia University in the City of New York and undergraduate degree in Political Science and Public Administration from Middle East Technical University.

Ms. Koc is an experienced expert in foreign trade, especially in exports of goods and services with over 19 years of public service experience. She had her tenure as Commercial Counselor in Podgorica/Montenegro for four years.
