Ahmet Fikret Kileci, born in 1965 in Gaziantep, completed his secondary education at Gaziantep Anatolian High School and obtained a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Uludağ University. Fluent in English, Mr. Kileci embarked on his export career in 1988. He is the founder and Chairman of the Board of several companies operating in various sectors, including textiles, apparel, packaging, recycling, organic food, technology, railway, and container transportation.

Since 2014, Mr. Kileci has served in various capacities within the Southeastern Anatolian Exporters’ Associations (GAİB), and since 2018, he has been the Coordinating Chairman of GAİB. Furthermore, as of 2022, he holds the positions of Vice Chairman of the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM) and Chairman of the TİM Textile and Raw Materials Sector Board.
