Kubilay Kavak is a business leader with a broad range of leadership and project management experience. Currently serving as CEO of TSKB Sustainability Consulting (Escarus), Mr. Kavak specialises in sustainability and green finance, particularly in the energy, manufacturing and finance sectors.

Mr. Kavak started his career at the Prime Ministry of the Republic of Turkey, where he served as Advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister and contributed to the development of public policies. He then worked as a Senior Planning Specialist at the State Planning Organisation (now Ministry of Development), where he worked on energy projects, public funds management and energy efficiency.

Mr. Kavak has held various managerial positions in the public and private sectors and coordinated energy efficiency and sustainable development projects in Turkey and around the world. Between 2013 and 2017, he served as the Project Coordinator of an international project carried out in co-operation with UNIDO to increase energy efficiency in Turkish industry and supervised energy efficiency projects in various industrial branches.
