Mr. Kılıçkaya is the Director General of Export at the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye, where he has led the Ministry’s strategies to increase Türkiye’s export capacity and strengthen its competitiveness in the global market.

Mr. Kılıçkaya, who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Middle East Technical University and a Master’s degree in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School – Tufts University, has worked as an expert and manager in various units related to branding and market entry activities, and played a role in the development of health tourism in Türkiye with his duties as General Manager and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Uluslararası Sağlık Hizmetleri A.Ş.  

Since 2022, when he assumed the position of Director General for Exports, he has been leading the design and implementation of the country’s public policies for Turkish companies to achieve a stronger and more recognisable position in the global market.
