Nazen Kundak Usta holds a BA in International Relations from Middle East Technical University and an MA in Audit and Risk Management from Ankara Social Sciences University.

She contributed to the literature in this field with her thesis on fraud. Kundak Usta is currently pursuing his second undergraduate degree at Ankara University, Department of Business Administration. During her education, she gained valuable experience by volunteering in social responsibility projects in Turkey and abroad, as well as internships in the banking and audit sectors. After graduation, she started her professional career by establishing her own venture.

Kundak Usta started her professional career at a global consulting firm based in Ankara, where she worked as Project Development coordinator for two years and led numerous successful strategic works.

In April 2023, she joined the Turkish Exporters Assembly E-Export Secretariat team as an E-Export Specialist and continued to work on the artificial intelligence-supported digital consultancy platforms developed by the Ministry of Trade.
