Ömer Barbaros Yiş has more than 20 years of experience in various leadership roles and international markets. He is currently the E-Commerce CEO of LC Waikiki and a member of the company’s board of directors. Mr. Yiş started his career in academia and then consolidated his industry expertise and consulting experience in strategic positions at leading companies such as Turkcell and Türk Telekom. 

Mr. Yiş has gained in-depth business experience across a wide geographical spectrum including MENA, Southeast Asia, CIS, Central Europe and the US. This experience has enabled him to develop effective strategies in diverse cultures and market conditions. 

Yiş has achieved significant success in digital transformation and has led e-commerce innovations within LC Waikiki, strengthening the company’s online presence. His expertise in customer value management helped him optimize customer relationships and drive revenue growth in both consumer and corporate segments.
