Ömer Gürkan is a leading executive with extensive knowledge and experience in e-commerce and digital transformation. He is currently serving as a member of the E-Commerce Council of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB). In this position, he contributes to the development of Turkey’s e-commerce ecosystem and leads strategic projects by following innovations in the sector.

Mr Gürkan is the Secretary General of the Electronic Commerce Operators Association (ETİD) and has been leading the developments in the sector for more than 17 years in this position. He also served as the General Manager of e-commerce initiatives such as Lezzetli Hediye and BonnyFood, where he achieved significant success in digital marketing, customer relationship management and operational efficiency.
