Ufuk Bilgetekin is an experienced professional who has held various leadership positions in the finance industry for over 25 years. He is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association of Payment and Electronic Money Institutions of Turkey (TÖDEB). Founded in 2008, Bilgetekin is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vizyon Tahsilat Sistemleri ve Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. Bilgetekin also plays an active role as a member of the Turkish E-Commerce Council and shares his experience in e-commerce with the sector.

Bilgetekin assumed the duties of Board Member and Secretary General in the establishment of the Payment and Electronic Money Association. As the only association representing the sector, Bilgetekin has fulfilled a need that has been felt for many years with the participation of mobile operators, mobile payment intermediary companies, payment service providers, international money transfer companies and bill payment companies.
